Ever since last night at 11:00 PM, Adobe Stock stop working for me and I cannot download any stock images. Caches are cleaned, the account is signed in/out, and it still doesn't work. I have 443 available assets limit still, does anyone have any solution besides waiting on Adobe's team to solve the issue? I am able to license stock images but just cannot download any of them.

Just a small portion of the images can be downloaded, but most cannot be downloaded with the information "cannot be licensed" even though my credit is still over 600. This has been happening for several days, don't know what to do? Can anybody help please?

Reposting it here from a different thread:
While we are actively working on resolving the issue, we made an effort to impelement a temporary solution for the users who reported this issue on the forums. As a result, you should now be able to download new assets without encountering any problems. However, for assets that you have already licensed but are unable to download, we need to wait 24 hours and then try again downloading.

We just implemented another fix that we believe will adress the problem at hand, however, in some cases this will necessitate waiting for another 24-hour period once again.
I apologize for the extended duration this is taking, and i hope that this solution will ultimately resolve the problem.

For users who are still unable to download assets that have already been licensed, please wait another 24 hours and try it again.

@Liza5C0Cthank you! It's working. Now I can download all the files that I haven't been able to download for several days. These assets do not appear in the license history yet but I hope this can also be fixed soon. The assets bought a few minutes ago are already added to license history. Thanks for your help.

@Karandasz - I'm glad to hear your response! Unfortunately, the license history issue is still persistent, but our team is working on the fix. We're hopeful that we'll be able to resolve it soon.
