Cannot download Adobe Stock for more than 24 hours

Chat with Adobe support, however nothing resolve yet.

I have the same issue since 4-5 days. Generative AI is in PS, but a simple download not working. Funny.

My account is also affected. After clicking the license button, the circle turns permanently and nothing happens.

 

Could I please have the temporary solution as well?

I'm also in the same boat. I looked to see if it was due to my assets license but no luck with that.

I apologize for the inconvenience! 

While we are actively working on resolving the issue, we made an effort to impelement a temporary solution for the users who reported this issue on the forums. As a result, you should now be able to download new assets without encountering any problems. However, for assets that you have already licensed but are unable to download, we need to wait 24 hours and then try again downloading.

New assets are giving me the same issue. Cannot download them when initially licensing. The 24hr old ones are downloading... but that is not ideal. Thank you so much for trying to find a solution!

There are several reports out from people having trouble with this. Unfortunately, today is holiday in the US, if I'm correctly informed.

your not alone- 

My issue: When I click on 'license' the loading animation within the blue button continues to rotate- Sometimes after a while- it will say 'licensed' however the file does not download, nor does it appear in my license history.  

Here is a list of the things I've tried:

  • Cleared browser history, cache, cookies, 
  • Logged out and back into adobe account
  •  Tried using firefox, chrome and safari
  • Tried on a different computer (same network)
  • Tried on a completely different network 

I contacted support yesterday and they advised me to wait for a few hours and try again. Its now been 72 hours and the issue still persists.

Yes it is fourth day and the issue still there.

 

Done the cache etc, log out, tried with safari and different network. It shouldn't be that complex to use the platform.

 

Besides, my credit has gone down each time I click on the 'LICENSED'. I have some screenshots to proof.
