Can’t Search in Adobe Stock

Community Beginner ,
May 31, 2025 May 31, 2025

I"m having a serious problem with adobe stock.  I'm subscribed and logged in. However, every search comes back with a "page does not exist" response in the browser.  I have used firefox, safari and duckduckgo. All browsers come up with the same response.  Any ideas?

thanks in advance,

tomd

I wanted to let you know that I found another issue.  I'm logged in and do a search, after it returns "page does not exist". the website also logs me out.  This has happened both on my mac and my pc.

Could you try search without logging in?

I did as you suggested. This time it was with Chrome on my mac. Adobe stock
would allow me to do a search without being logged in with no problem.
Then, still using Chrome, I logged in with the same search and it failed.
And again, it logged me out. I attached the image. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the assistance,
tomd

It seems that the same problem occurs even when trying multiple PCs and browsers.
It seems that the problem was resolved by creating a new Adobe account, so I think there may be a problem that occurs with certain users.
Please have the development team verify this.
