Can't use my credits to buy an image

Hello,

I'm extremely confused about how to appy credits to license an image in the stock program. I currently have 10 credits on my account, and it won't give me any options to use them at all (even with the standard images, as pictured below). How do I get it to give me the option to use the credits?

Thanks.

Actually on further review I can see that you are a member of an enterprise organization. You'll need to contact your account administrator for assistance.

It's due to the configuration of your organization's stock plan. Please contact your administrator.

Hi @bkysehorn,

Could you provide the asset ID of the image you are referencing, please, so I can look into this for you?

This particular one is 306443049 , but I can't find literally a single image for which I can use credits.

Thanks!
