Cancel a Adobe stock subscription

Hi,

About a year ago we decided to get an Adobe stock subscription. While checking our Adobe invoices, I noticed that we have been paying for two Adobe stock subscriptions since Augusts 2022.

I've tried canceling the subscription using those links:

Then I tried the Adobe chat service to help me out, but the moment I type 'Cancel subscription', it doesn't reply to my messages any more (screenshot 3).

So the question remains: how can I get rid of this subscription?

You have one subscription, the 25 plan, under your personal entitlement and an 40 plan under your team entitlement. When you sign into the Adobe Stock website and click on the avatar in the upper right corner of the site you can switch between your team and personal profiles. The items you license under the 25 plan are only available to you alone. The items under the team plan are shared with everyone on your team. Your contracts for both plans are for 1 year and you are in the middle of both contracts. If you cancel these before your one year contract ends you may incur an early termination fee. I would recommend signing into your admin console and contacting support from inside the console. The support folks can help you sort out either subscription.
