I start the trial of Adobe Stock and i want to cancel it beacause i dont use it, but i cant cancel it, do i need to pay the monthly charge even tho i only want the trial to being able to cancel it.?
The trial can be cancelled in the first 30 days without fee. The first month after the trial you will be charged for the subscription, but you have still 14 days to cancel, and you will get a refund. Past those 14 days of grace period, you have a one-year subscription that you can cancel by paying half of the remaining due as an early termination fee.

If you can't cancel because a payment issue with your credit card, you need to contact Adobe support. Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".

Hi! I think I misspelled my e-mail address while subscribing to Adobe stock. Now I already created an other account, but I got charged for the previous one as well, while I cannot reach that account. I would like to cancel that previous account. How can I reach out for Support? The small callout button doesn't show up for me.
Thanks in advance,
Andrea Gorcz

Very often, it helps just to browse the link above in a private session as often the browser blocks the callout. Please begin a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
