Hola, buen día. Quisiera cancelar mi plan actual de Adobe Stock, pero me aparece un problema de facturación y no deseo continuar con el servicio. No puedo regularizar el pago pendiente y me gustaría cancelar la suscripción sin cobros adicionales. Agradezco mucho su ayuda para resolver esta situación lo antes posible.

Además, necesito que me devuelvan el dinero del plan de Creative Cloud. Yo cancelé el plan, pero de igual forma me realizaron el cobro. Agradezco su colaboración para gestionar el reembolso correspondiente.

To cancel, you need first to fix your payement issue. Without that, it is not possible to self-cancel.

 

You can always try contacting customer support, however.
