Hi, I’m interior designer not grafical designer, and I tried the free trial of one month and forgot to cancel.

I can't use stock photos for my job, can not contact anyone to help me cancel the annual membership. Now I have to pay every month 38 Euro, but if I want to cancel I need to pay 190 Euro which is for me very a lot! I’m very dissapointed, that I can not get in touch personally with anybody from Adobe. I’m not using stock photos but I need to pay 190 Euros!! Help me with this, please!! For me here in Hungary, it is a lot of money, I can not afford it!!

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

@kglad,

Stock is special and questions concerning stock plans are best answered by the stock community, including the highly active and reactive Adobe employees with specific knowledge about the bells and whistles of stock plans.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Contact Adobe customer care and negotiate your way out. Don't forget to cancel your next trial. As a rule of thumb: When you add your credit card somewhere, you will get charged!

As a side note: The 190 € is half of what is due when you fulfil your contract. It's like that in the cancellation terms that you did agree upon when taking the trial offer.

You're welcome. It is, however, correct, for the OP to contact Adobe support, if @Snezana277496640nxl wants to cancel at lowest cost possible.
