Hi

I had subscribed Adobe last year (Sept 2021- Aug 2022) for a year then I cancelled the subscription since I started work for a company which I didn't need to purchase any of those graphic programs I need to work on. I was extreamly busy awhile and I am a person who is never check bank detail monthly. I only realised somehow Adobe started charged me from November 2022 for 2 months. I was not happy then I thought well... I will cancel subscrition which I have no idea how this happens. Once I gone to the manage section to cancel and nearlly finished my form it says that they will charge me 99 british pounds for panelty. I tried to find a customer center as I think this is much simpler to do so then I can't find it. Anyone has similar experience? how this happens? How can they re-subscribe without my permission even?

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Furthermore, I recommend that you check your e-mails. When you cancelled your subscription, you got an email from Adobe confirming that. The same, when you took a subscription. The e-mails may give you an indication what happened.
