Cancelling subscription - money refund

Hi,

I’ve just cancelled my stock subscription after beingn charged for a month (dec 23rd - jan 23rd). I have not downloaded any image. Will adobe send me my money back?

If so - do I need to request the refund or will it be done automatically?

    I have checked your transaction details and noticed that the amount (36.89 EUR) has already been credited to your account on 27th of December 2017. Please check with your bank if you are unable to see the credited amount.
