Cant cancel Subscription

I am not able to cancel my free trial subscription please help.

I brought up the Free Trial cancellation window and clicked on "Cancel".  I should not be seeing a monthly charge on my credit card.

If you cancelled, you will not see a monthly charge. Adobe sends you an e-mail for the successful cancel.

I did the process to cancel mine and they still tried to charge me
