I have a 10 images per month Adobe Stock Plan adn I would like to downgrade to another plan (annnual, monthly payment) because I can't affort the first one. If I do so, I will be charged with 50% of the remaining payments of the old plan and with the monthly new plan or just with the monthly payment of the new one?

I think the 10/month plan is the least expensive one. Your option is to cancel it, with penalty of course, and just buy credit packs when you need them.
