Charge for Stock Plan- Help!

Hi,

I have been charged for 5 months of the '10 standard assets a month' plan which I didn't realise I was signed up to when I thought I was downloading a free image. When I tried to cancel my plan, it says I have to pay an outstanding fee for the rest of my contract. I haven't used this service and didn't realise I was being charged for it. How do I cancel my plan and request a full reimbursement?

If you cancel you will be charged half of the remaining fee. A reimbursement after 5 month is probably not possible. If, however you want to try: Contact Customer Care . Good luck.
