Collective Download via download link does not work!

Dear Adobe Stock Team. I just downloaded 27 illustrations, worth 324 credits, and got sent a download link. In the zip file sent are only 17 illustrations. What happended to the rest - how can I get them without downloading the rest singularly?

After licensing 27 images out of a lightbox I was sent a download link by Adobe and downloaded the zipped folder by clicking on the link.

Did you find a solution for the missing assets? If they did cost 324 credits, I suppose that there where special assets in your collection, like video or premium assets. Are those missing?

If you need to contact support on this, as an Enterprise customer, you will need to pass via a plan administrator to do so. But may be your internal helpdesk knows the answer.
