Can I know why it is impossible to contact you via forum? what a poor service! I subscribed to the adobe stock subscription after the trial and you promised me 2 months for free and in the end you still charged me for the month of March and since then it's been impossible to contact you, no mail, nothing! it's scandalous!

The forum is not a way to contact Adobe. You must contact Customer Service. There is no email.
