Could Not buy a song

Hi, I am first time posting here. I was trying to purchase a song for my video background music. However, it showed a warning and said, "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." Does anyone what can I do?
