Crédits Adobe Stock disparus

Bonjour, 

les crédits de mon compte ont disparu (plus de 110crédits..) depuis que nous sommes passés en abonnement équipe.

Avant de valider la bascule il a été convenu que nous les garderions.

 

Qui dois-je contacter car il est difficile pour nous de rester devant l'écran à attendre que quelqu'un nous réponde.

Hi @sebala34,

This transfer is not automatic and customer care should have filed a request to complete this when you contacted them earlier this month. I don't see that this was done. I will reach out to our customer care team to follow up on this.  I apologize for the delay.
