Credit Adobe stock disparu

Bonjour,

J'étais sur un abonnenment Adobe Stock – 10 fichiers par mois, je suis passé sur un abonnement Creative Cloud - Toutes les application

 

il me restait encore pas mal de crédits à utiliser mais ils ont tous disparu ... Serait il possible de les avoir à nouveau où alors vous me rembourser tous ceux que je n'ai pas utiliser.
