Bonjour,

J'ai voulu utiliser, ce jour, les crédits qu'ils nous restaient jusqu'au 20/10/2022, hors tout a déjà disparu de notre compte !!!!!
dans les mails d'alerte, il était notifié, jusqu'au 20/10/2022. De ce fait, je sollicite de votre part un délai d'un jour supplémentaire pour les récupérer (nous en avions une bonne trentaine en attente de la validation d'un projet !! C'est déjà "moche" de nous reprendre ce qui a été payé alors si en plus tout disparait avant l'échéance que vous avez mise en place, c'est bien triste !!! et ne nous dites pas que le 20 octobre n'était pas inclus...)
Espérant que vous aurez la gentillesse d'accèderez à notre demande.

Credit pack credits expire one year from the date and time they were purchased. Any unused credits will expire and cannot be reinstated. You might be able to take advantage of a subscription trial. If you visit https://stock.adobe.com/plans and see Free Trial then you would be eligible for first month of quota free. You must cancel before 30 days to not be charged for the subscription.

Merci pour l'info mais cela ne fonctionne pas pour ce compte.

J'entends la question d'achat de crédits valable pendant 1 an, mais pour rappel je suis allée le 20/10/2022 date butoire pour les consommer, et pour autant le compte était déjà vidé !!!!!!. ma demande consistait juste à dire que je n'étais pas hors délai, de ce fait je demandais simplement et légitimement que ce crédit soit remis 1 journée, ce qui me parait honnête est normal !!!!
