Credits have disappeared

Hello,

 

To my knowledge, my adobe stock access should still be active, however, my 600+ credits have suddenly disappeared. This is the second time it has shown I have no remaining credits, the first time, the credits just randomly showed up again, but this time I would like to know why it is happening and get it fixed sooner rather than later.
