Hi there,

I'm supposed to recieve 10 credits per month as part of my plan. At the end of March I had 3 credits available. We are into April and I still haven't recieved my 10 credits this month, my balance is still at 3. I can't contact anyone to raise the issue. Thank you.

Correct answer Abambo

The monthly credits are added at the minute your month starts. If you signed-up on March 10th at 10.59, your next credits will arrive at your account April 10th at 10.59. It's not the calendar month that counts.

If you still think, you should have been credited your monthly due, contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Thanks Abambo, it might be that my credits are normally applied in the middle of the month.

By going to your account https://account.adobe.com/, you should be able to verify the day of the month, you did start your subscription.
