Credits showing on plan but won't let me licence image
I have a creative cloud license and have added Adobe Stock Credits, but I cannot redeem these to purchase images. The credits are showing, but when I try to licence an image, a pop up appears saying
'Welcome Back! Now that you're logged in, please make your selection again.' I have been on with Adobe now for 3 weeks trying to get this issue sorted but I am having zero luck. Please help! Any advice welcome.
