Customer service for enterprise account questions?

Community Beginner ,
Aug 01, 2019 Aug 01, 2019

I've been trying to get a hold of a representative about enterprise Adobe Stock options, as I cannot find a pricing structure for that on the Adobe website. I've called the 800-685-3524 number multiple times and wait on hold for over 30, 45 minutes each time before I give up. I requested to be contacted and no one has reached out. Is there any information available about enterprise licenses for Adobe Stock and what the costs/subscription terms are?

Hi T.,

I've forwarded your request to some folks that work with Enterprise customers. As we only have your email address on file please watch for an email message.

Thank you EBQ!

I spoke to your excellent Enterprise rep Sarah who reached out - it would be helpful for future customers to have some basic info on Enterprise vs. Teams licensing on the Adobe site.

As it turns out (in case others arrive at this message board for the answer), Enterprise is generally for user groups larger than 10, and Teams for smaller groups. That simple bit of info (or having someone actually answer the enterprise 800 number - I sat on hold for 1.5 hours today again before giving up... again.) would have saved everyone a lot of time. I imagine I am not the first customer confused by the offers available.

I appreciate the hustle you & your team showed when I made my questions known - Thank you for your effort and diligence!

Apologies for the separate and unrelated question - why am I posting with my full name when it is set to private? I should be posting with my username only according to the settings I see in My Profile.

I think it's because I'm a staff member. I only see names. As a rule I don't refer to folks by their names but their initials. I'm glad Sarah was able to assist you.

I see. When I view in an incognito browser or logged out I only see my username, but when logged in it shows my full name, not username on posts and profile. Very confusing!

Thanks,

Tia

That's how you are seen:

only Adobe staff can see the full credentials... No need to try to hide before them...
