Decreasing amount of stock photos??

Hello all,

I've been monitoring my available stock media for quite a while now, sometimes less intensively, but recently more intensively because I've noticed several times that, despite having the monthly 10 stock media subscription, I've never gotten above 130 available media.

Now, the last time I made a note of 130 available media was on 6/22 of this year. My next payment for another 10 media is in two days. So today I logged in to check the status and all of a sudden I only have 120 available media and that although I only downloaded a single image (1 credit) on 6/22.

How can this be? As I said it seems very suspicious to me for a long time that I always have only 130 media, I have never had 131, 140 or even 143 or above. It is always the even number of 130 media.

Has anyone else noticed something similar?

Greetings

A credit added to your account lasts 12 months. So if you have 10 per month you cannot hold more than 120-132 in the account (120 seems most likely). So, don't try to accumulate for more than a year. You also lose all credits (but not licensed photos) if you cancel.

Asset credits are good for a year only, so the maximum you can accumulate is 120 credits. I don't know how it can be that you can have 130 credits, as the momemt you get attributed the next ten, the oldest credits, a year old should go.

Sorry, 130 not 120. There may be a few days where there is an overlap with 12 month old credits.
