Disparition image Adobe Stock

Bonjour, je rencontre un problème avec Adobe Stock.

Une image a disparu de la base de donnée.

Je viens de créer une campagne de communication avec le visuel en question en basse définition. Ma campagne a été validée mais je ne trouve plus l'image en téléchargment HD.

Avez-vous déjà rencontré ce problème ? Voici le code de l'image #710601351.

Indeed, that image is no longer in the database, most likely because the Contributor has deleted it or has closed their Stock account. Unfortunately, there is no longer a way to access that asset, and you'll have to locate a suitable replacement.

If you no longer find the image in the database, it's because the Contributor has deleted it or their entire account from the Adobe  platform. You'll have to search for a similar replacement to license.

Malheureusement, cet élément n'est plus disponible. Avec un peu de chance, tu trouveras des éléments similaires, mais il semble bien que soit le créateur, soit Adobe ont effacé l'élément en question. Il faut éventuellement repenser le design.

It certainly is frustrating; I suppose the only way to avoid having an image withdrawn from the database is to license and download it even before your client has approved it, but that can be costly. Fortunately, it doesn't happen very often.
