Hello. I was trying to get an image from Adobe Stock and there was a button that said download free with trial. So I clicked it and put in my card info assuming I would be starting a free trial. But, then my card was charged $10 for one image. I did not want to do this.

This does not make sense to me. Often, to check if a card is valid, a small charge is applied and then credited again. That charge, however, is normally much smaller. Out of memory, I don't remember any charge of $10. The one coming near is the photography plan for $9.99.

The free trial is an annual subscription of 10 standard assets/month, with the first month free. So, the first 10 standard assets will be free. And you will be able to cancel the subscription any time during the first month free of charge, and you will not be charged for the subscription.

Ok so I viewed by billing history, it says I have Adobe on demand. Even if I wanted to download 10 images for free, every time I view an image, it wants to charge me another $10. So, I don't know what is happening.
