Downloaded stock image doesn’t match display

I licenced File # 88111271 (condom catching ramen to water bag). But when I tried to put into illustrator, it turned out to be File # 88111254 (man keep the condom in back pocket)

    Our product team has confirmed that the files are indeed mismatched. So I am adding 1 image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.
