Downloaded vector image - but it's not the correct image

Hi,

I downloaded this image https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/sommerwiese/116084792?prev_url=detail it's a vector of a blue sky with grass. When I open up my download it's actually a pale green bokeh style background. Completely unrelated to the image I downloaded. I've never had this happen before and it is definitely a problem your end as I've re-downloaded the image and it is always wrong. Anyone know who to contact to rectify this? Thanks!

Hi @nikkiw25631677,

This sometimes happens due to user error when the contributor uploads files to Adobe Stock. I see that the jpeg is the right file but the .ai is not. I will report this to our content team and have granted you a replacement license to choose a different file.
