Downloaded Vector Preview Doesn't Match

I licensed and downloaded a vector (file #137637657). When I open it, there are a lot of details missing relative to the preview. See below.

Well, that's weird. I opened with Illustrator. Version 26.5. I've never had an issue with any other vectors I've purchased. I was on a deadline and had to grab a different image. That one worked without a problem. It's done now but frustrated I had to waste a credit.
