Downloading free templates

Hello,

I can't download free templates from any adobe apps. I tried on pc and mac. it warns that it cannot be licensed. For 1 week I've been in contact with adobe support but they can't solve it 🙂

I have corresponded with maybe more than 20 adobe employees with typhing and phone calling, they even connected to my computer. as far as I understand, they do not have a technical competence customer service. And i have a creative cloud plan.

Is there anyone who has this problem and can solve it except adobe support?

Are you certain that it is a free asset ? If so, can you download it directly from the Adobe Stock Buyer Portal webpage for the Free Collection ?

Yea this templates are free and i have creative cloud annual plan. 

I am attaching images I have tried to download a template as an example. These and similar ones seem to be free licensable. However, I cannot do this with my account.
