I never used Adobe Stock, they've charged me over $100 for it, and when I went to cancel they said I owe $100 cancellation fee (this itself makes no sense; why would I pay in full for a service I am not going to use). Then when I go to talk to their chat representatives, I am told "customer service agents are experiencing problems with their tools, contact back in 2 hours". This is ridiculous.

Adobe Stock is not a scam, and Adobe does not sign you up for a subscription without your express consent; you subscribed either via entering into a plan or clicking on a button to activate the Free 30 day trial. If you don't cancel the trial within the trial period, you are committing to an annual subscription, the terms of which are indicated at the time you undertook the trial. If you did legitimately try to cancel within the trial period and have proof of having done so, you might be able to negotiate a lower cancellation penalty with Adobe. Here's how to cancel:

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
