Is it allowed to use editorial only images for wall graphics in a private building or workplace not open to the public?
I understand it is not allowed for cmmercial use, or advertising etc, but where does a wall graphic in a private office fall in the great scheme of things?
It would only be seen by the staff.

My interpretation: "Editorial use only" is "Editorial use only"! There is a reason why its editorial use only, and I'm sorry, staff is not private. And even in your living, you could have a visitor seeing the asset and being upset (even that I agree that the chance is near to zero for this to happen).

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).

Thank you for taking the time to answer. They are just pictures of trains to go in a place where those specific trains are actually owned and managed, but having not taken the photos i understand it gets complicated. Anyway, best to stick to standard licence to be safe. 🙂

You're welcome.
Those train pictures feature probably logos, that's why they are marked as editorial use only.
