Hello,

we have to download the invoice, do you need our ISD? where do we have to sand it?

    I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

    Could you please try following the steps that are shared in the FAQ Managing your Membership FAQ: How do I print a payment receipt or invoice ?

    I would request you to follow the above steps as mentioned in the FAQ to get the invoice of your subscription payment.
