I'm seeing the same issue when trying to sign in to the Photoshop Family Feedback site. I've cleared my browser cache and cookies and tried different browsers (FireFox, Chrome, Internet Explorer) with the same results.

It's possibly related to the AWS outage. I just read in the Adobe Firefly forum of Firefly outages and an Adobe rep confirmed that it is due to the AWS issue.

Yes, the Adobe Stock site now indicates that the site is unavailable due an AWS outage.
