I have gotten this error message for 3 weeks now. "Error We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.: I've been connected to tech services 2 times with no resolution. the last time I was simply told I would :get a call back" when they've found the problem. That was a week ago. I seem to be out of options. Is my only choice to quit Adobe Stock? I just started here after almost 15 years of using Pond5. I've never had anywhere this typoe of dificulty there...

Sorry, the only option you have is to contact Adobe customer care again.
You could, however, try a different computer and/or browser, or a different network (cell phone against home network against work network against hot spot).
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
