Hi,

I am trying to but the subscription through credit card. I tried it with different cards multiple times. I am getting an error says 'Invalid card details'. Is anybody aware about it? What am doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks,

Smita Kumbhar

It's a good question. We can't answer that, I would suggest that you contact Adobe customer care for help with this issue. You may need to persuade the chatbot that you want to buy a plan, “buy plan” would be a good starting point. It will ask you what plan you intend to buy, so answer “stock”. Then type “agent” (or it will ask you if you wish to talk to an agent).  Avoid very complicated sentences, it is best to be short and direct. As soon as you are connected to an agent, you can chat normally as you would. You can explain to the agent the issue with the credit cards, and they will try to help you.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.

The problem with the chatbot is that it responds very slowly if you don't have a subscription. And of course, many people try to have a proper conversation with the chatbot. Even if it understands some things, it is still quite stupid and reacts to keywords.
