Extended License for Credits

How many credits does it take for an extended license on a normal image (not the premium images)?

It says "Standard Images are 1 credit each", but I am assuming that is the standard license not extended, I could be wrong though.

is this still correct. there is no mention of credits when you try and buy a Extended license. only $49.99

Could you please advise while image ID shows the Extended license as $49.99.
