Hi,

What should we do in order to access audio with extended license please?

Does an audio song need to be purchased separately or is there an other solution?

Thanks in advance

Thank you for your answer. However, I have called the Adobe Customer Service telephone support about 15 times in the last 2 weeks. Every representative gives me a different answer. Most of them say that I can upgrade my audio license on an Individual plan from a standard audio license to an extended license by purchasing one-time fee credit packs. Once I purchase the credit packs, I will be given the option to upgrade my standard audio licenses to extended licenses.

Other times when I call in, I am told that only Enterprise customers can license audio on extended licenses. However, it is explained to me that this is the default license for Enterprise customers seeking licensing for assets through their Creative Cloud subscriptions. Then the Adobe representatives explain to me that if I do not want or do not need to upgrade my Creative Cloud account to an Enterprise account, I can upgrade only my assets' (image, video and audio) licenses to extended licenses by purchasing individual credit packs, using the one-time credit packs to upgrade my licenses from standard to extended use.

Is this correct information? In any case, why I am being told a different answer by every single employee in the Adobe Customer Service Department? What is the correct answer or solution to this conundrum? Why is Adobe supplying such a vast swathe of misinformation to its customers like me?
