bonjour je suis facturée tous les mois de 50€ par adobe sur mon compte alors que je n'ai pas de licence adobe. etant etudiante cela est urgent ! comment contacter un service adobe pour arreter ca ? impossible de résoudre le problème en lisant leur blog...

Bonjour j ai reussi a appeler le support grace au numero que l'on m'a donné ( impossible de trouver sur le site) on m'a dit qu' compte avait ete creee avec une erreur de frappe dans l'adresse mail et que vu que c'est une erreur ils m'ont remboursés la totalité des payements 😅 ouf heureusement

Il faut regarder sur https://account.adobe.com pour voir les abonnements en question. Je ne vois pas quel abonnement cela peut être. Il y a forte chance que ce sont deux abonnements distincts.

 

En tout cas, pour une annulation et un remboursement éventuel, il faut s'adresser au service clientèle d'Adobe (en message séparé en anglais).

J’ai commencé une version d’essai gratuite qui je pense prenait en compte
adobe stock en plus de photoshop.

Cependant lorsque j ai voulu résilier on ne m’a jamais laissé l’opportunité
de le faire. A aucun endroit il n’est signalé que j’ai entamé une licence
et je ne peux pas résilier car je ne trouve meme pas la source de ces
payements

Comme dit précèdent j’ai deja lu tout ca sur le site cependantil est ecrit
qu’aucun abonnement n’est en route, au il n’y a jamais eu de transaction et
pas de factures a mon nom.

Regarde l'adresse e-mail avec laquelle tu as pris ton abonement. Il se peut que tu as fait une erreur avec l'adresse. Si tu as gmail par exemple x.y@gmail.com et xy@gmail.com sont les mêmes pour gmail, mais pas pour Adobe.

 

De toute façon, il faut contacter le support.
