Habe heute zum ersten mal Credits gekauft (5 Credits á € 39,95). Auf der Rechnung steht nur der Name des Kreditkartenbesitzers, die Postleitzahl und die Umsatzsteuer-ID. Ich möchte gerne erfahren, wo wird Name, Firma und Adresse hinterlegt, die auf der Rechnung stehen soll? In der Form, wie es jetzt praktiziert wird, ist das für eine Firma nicht brauchbar. Vielen Dank für eine Antwort.

Hi Twarita,

 

I'm having the same problem. I've added the whole company adress in the "company" field but hen opening the pdf, the whole adress doesn't show. Invoice No is DEN2020000024731. Could you please help me?

Sorry, ich hatte das gleiche Problem mit der Adobe-Rechnung. Ich habe meine Profildaten zwischenzeitlich ergänzt. Könnten Sie mir nun zwei entsprechende Rechnungen meiner gestern gekauften Credits.

Hallo,

hatte heute das gleiche Problem. Nach längerer Musikberieselung in der Warteschleife konnte mir die sehr freundliche und kompetente Sachbearbeiterin schnell und unkompliziert helfen. Dafür gibt es die volle Punktzahl.

 

Die Frage ist allerdings, warum ein Problem, das offensichtlich mindestens seit Nov. 2018 besteht, immer noch nicht behoben wurde. Ich kenne solche Unannehmlichkeiten von anderen Stockfoto-Agenturen nicht. Zumal die korrekten Daten durch das CC-Abo sowie das ehemalige Fotolia-Account vorliegen...
