Way back when Fotolia was an independent image agency, I purchased many hundreds of images using their advance credits method. In 2011. like earlier years, I used Fotolia a lot. attached is a snapshot of some of thos purchased. This question related to image Fotolia_37217331_XS - one of my clients is being chased for "misuse of image" which we purchased for his website.

How can I trace that download (all I have is the original image which came from direct downloading from Fotolia) via a Fotolia dashboard (or a linked Adobe one), as I need to tell the claimant we ov=btained that image legitimately.

You posted in the wrong forum, I will move you to the right one.

It may well be enough, if you intervene on behalf of your client, with the above screenshot, which proves at least the source of the asset.

It may also be that @Liza5C0C could be of help.

Check also this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/reporting-abuse-of-license/td-p/10435542. I think you can use the email shown there as well for your issue.
