Hi, I purchased fotolia photos in 2015/2016/2017 and I did not make the synchronisation to Adobe account, so I don't have access to the licenses. I can login in adobe-stock with my previous account, but I found that the license folder is empty. How can I retrieve my licenses?
Contact Adobe customer service. They may be able to help, but given that the Fotolia servers have been switched off, it is not sure. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note

Ok, my only chance is by phone paying phone charges.
Why?
Why I need to wast money and time to have the availability of items that I payed?

I thank you, but I haven't a plan, so I can chat only with the virtual assistant that is not able to solve because... I have not a plan. It seems to me to that I need a plan to go ahead in this, but I want not to subscribe. I have a lot of pictures licensed by Fotolia and that is all.

Did you migrate your Fotolia account to Adobe Stock?

I don't see an indication of this. Have you changed your email address since then?

Send that information by private message. For it's not allowed to post private information that could be used by spammers and scammers. If your e-mail is, what is connected to your account, EBQ can check that. As an Adobe employee, she can look into your account if that is needed to assist you.

You necessarily do not need a plan. Support is for paying customers, and under certain circumstances that also includes customers having paid in the past. But with EBQ you are in good hands.
