Hello -
I have three $30 charges I did not authorize for "Adobe Stock" - whatever that is. One in August of this year. One in September of this year. And one in December of this year. I had the photography plan in 2021, but cancelled it pretty quickly and haven't had it personally for 2 years.
I don't need a personal account because I'm added to my boss' business account, which I've been on for one year or more.
Two of the charges were made after I'd lost one of my bank cards and while it was turned off. How they managed that, I'd like to know.
This last charge is using a new bank card that I've NEVER given to Adobe, so I'm not even sure how they have the card information.
I need Adobe to stop charging my card without permission. Like immediately.
