Free trial cancellation fee

Question

I wnated to simply just try the product, but forgot to cancel. I didn't intend to sign up for the yearly subscription and would like to request a refund, but there's nothing helpful on Adobes website. I tried to chat/phone calls and nothing is helping.

I have not used the product (adobe stock-10), so I'm hopeful to get my subscription cancelled with no fees.

One of the solution I heard from the support person was that they offer the 3 months free, but apparently some people get agreed to sign up for a year long subscripion as well. It's almost $200CAD total for the cancellation fee, however I'm trying to do a single app plan cancellation falls under the following link:

I'm not understanding why are you then charged a large amount for a cancellation fee when you didn't even use the product and just wanted to try it? Why am I enroilled for a yearly subscription when I only went for the trial? Please help me someone so I don't get charged on some product I never used.

There is no free trial cancellation fee. The free trial is one month and if you do not cancel, it converts into an annual subscription, renuable automatically at the end of the subscription year. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you get a refund. After that, you agreed to have an annual subscription of Adobe stock, paid by the month, and cancellable anytime, by paying half of the remaining due. That is what you agreed upon.

THere is no possibilty to request a refund on Adobe's website, as that is not a possibility offered to you. If you get a support person in the chat, it's up to that person help you out. That's all I can offer to you.
