If you get charged immediately after starting your free trial, that means that you have taken the free trial recently. If you cancel during the first 14 days of you paid subscription, you will be refunded. If you cancel afterwards, you will have an annual subscription, and you will be charged an early termination fee to cancel before the last month of your annual subscription.

You find those terms also in the mail, that you got sent when you took the subscription.

If you haven't used the subscription, you may contact Adobe customer care and negotiate you way out of the contract. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.

Free Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless you cancel within the first 30 days. This is spelled out in the terms. If you cancelled the subscription within the 30 day trial period, you should contact Adobe Customer Service directly to request a refund. Customer Service does not frequent this forum.
