Before I started a free trial with Adobe Stock, I created a library where almost all of the 20 assets I stored said "Free with Trial." So I started the free trial assuming I would get these assets. Then I downloaded one asset and it deducted 8 of my 10 credits rather than giving it to me "Free with Trial." How do I get these assets "Free with Trial"?

Free with trial means that you get 10 free credits, and you pay the asset with those free credits. You probably used up your credits with an HD video.
The free trial is a standard subscription, working as a standard subscription with the exception that you do not pay the first month, and you can cancel anytime without a fee du

Thanks, Abambo. I do understand the credit and assets system, as well as the first month free. What I do not understand is the loss of the series of assets that were promised to be "Free with Trial."

Virtually every image in the database displays the message "free with trial" which is the way that Adobe advertises their most popular subscription model of 10 images per month. However the free trial program is still good for only 10 "standard license" images.

There is no loss. You get one or the other, but not all.

Thank you to those folks who explaied how the Adobe Stock system works. Nonetheless, I was not given what was promised to me. Is this false advertising?

What did you license for 8 credits? Was it a standard license?

A video! With the 10 credits per month, you get one HD video for free! And two additional standard assets. OP just thought that he could get the whole database for free…

yes, that's the impression I got. He thought every asset in the database which said "free with trial" could be obtained with the 10-asset-free trial....

Well, the assets are free with trial, but you can't have all assets for free with trial. You need to do a selection.

The post is not about my expectations. It is about misleading advertising.

Which Adobe ad indicates unrestricted free access to as many assets as you want to license?

The free test subscription gives you 10 free credits, and you can select what you want. And every asset will be for free until the 10 credits are used up!

This is super misleading. You shouldn't be charged for a free trial until after the trial period is completed. I was charged $54 just as soon as I opted to "trial" the added features. You can not get through to anyone in customer support only robots to lead you in a circle of helpless answers. This is a scam!! Shame on Adobe!!!!

What added feature? This forum is about Adobe stock. You seem to have taken a subscription of Lightroom on your phone. You can take the free trial only once per major version if I'm correct.
You will need to contact Adobe costomer care for any help on that.
