Generated Credit Inquiry

I have an account that allows me to use Adobe Stock. The account has 1000 monthly generated credits remaining. However, when I attempt to download the generative image, I receive a message stating, 'Your team does not have enough credits for this asset.' Despite having 1000 credits, I am unable to download the image. How can I solve this problem?

It appears that you are confusing Generative AI credits with Adobe Stock credits. These are 2 different programs, each with their own separate subscriptions.

Could you check the attached image? I still think that I do have both Generative AI credits andAdobe Stock credits.

From this page

https://helpx.adobe.com/firefly/using/generative-credits-faq.html

Are Adobe Stock credits and generative credits the same thing?

No, Adobe Stock credits can't be used to generate content using Firefly-powered features. Only generative credits are used to generate content using Firefly-powered features.

Adobe Stock credits are used to license content from the Adobe Stock website as defined in the Adobe Stock additional terms or your customer agreement, as applicable.

It appears that you do not have an Adobe stock subscription. However, you do have Generative AI credits, so you can just go to the Adobe Firefly page to generate AI mages rather than generating them in the Adobe stock page.
