Has Adobe removed access to Adobe Stock for Creative Cloud paid accounts?

For the last few years, I've had access to Adobe Stock with my paid Creative Cloud account, and then suddenly over the weekend everything says "Free Trial" and I cannot download any images.

Has Adobe just removed this feature from paid accounts without notice? Or did I just miss the memo?

Hello @defaultcc0rj3k4vfss There isn't any change to our policy recently. I confirmed the plan you have doesn't include Stock credit, so the status you see right now sounds correct. My guest is, there was a mistake with your account which allows you to download stock assets, and our latest version fixed the mistake.

If you did sign up a stock plan and it's not showing up, please contact customer support and get a ticket submitted.

Thanks,

-EB

Contact Adobe customer service via the admin console (support tab). You need to be an administrator of your plan to do so. I suppose, you can also call the sales department. With the contract information by hand, it should be easy to get the required information also by phone. (I prefer the chat option, it leaves a written trace.)

Hi EvilBug1, thanks for the reply.. I worked out the issue.. we were given a free year's access to Adobe Stock when upgrading to a Team account in 2022. I've emailed our contact at Adobe, but the email bounced. Is there any way you can point me in the direction of my account rep?
