HELP! I bought a "damaged" picture

Hi,

I bought a licence for picture 355834864. The picture has a big problem there is a vertical cut through the picture. on the left side it's a little blue touch and on the right side it seems to be OK. 

Is it possible to contact the author of a picture to get a not damaged version of the file?

Hi Marcus,

No, it's not possible to contact contributors. You should proceed as @Nancy OShea suggested.

 

And btw: you may also formulate your request in German. If we don't speak the language, we use automatic translation tools.
