help please cant find same picture that was generated by AI

found a nice picture that was generated by AI but did not have credit so i downloaded preview version with AdobeStock watermark on it. after that paid to Adobe bought credit to buy royalty free version of the same picture. but now can't find same picture searching by ID that says there is no such image on website. tried all different ways to search by image , search by id etc can't find it... help please

It appears that the image you are referring isn't available for your region TR, so when you were seeing it before - you probably were not in the region.

ok if i switch to region to United States it works fine but now i get an error if i try to buy it.. it says "this asset cant be licensed"

any idea why?

Searching works when you change the region but we still invalidate the sales of images (which we made unavailable in specific region) - I will seek for a way for you to get this image in your region but meantime - I like to suggest that you search for similar images which are available in your region.

i think i have issue with all other pictures as well,  this is my first time am trying to buy on adobe stock website.

here imageid 632882689 also giving same error any idea why?

Unfortunately, that image is also not available in the region you are at, so try ones that you can search in /tr region.

that sucks man... excuse my language but i really like that AI generated picture which i spent 4 hours to create beautiful poster with preview version.. all i need is licensed version of it.. so my poster work will be fine.  would really appreciate if there is any way to get it in my region..

If you search Adobe stock, you absolutely need to set the correct region to your region. There is no other solution for this, as you will hit many of these problems. You should not spend hours designing something with an asset that you cannot license.

It could be that the contributor decided to delete the image or closed their account, or the account was de-activated by Adobe. If it's the latter, the account may be undergoing an investigation, in which case it may or may not be available again in the future.

No, it does not work fine. You see the assets, but as your account is linked to your region, and you can only licence assets that have been vetted for your region, you can't licence that exact picture.
